Owing to the specific employment status to which she is subject, the editor carries out no commercial activity and holds no business registration (neither trade‑register nor SIRET number). As the Site is published on a personal, non‑commercial and non‑profit basis, the editor is entitled, under Article 6, III, 2° of the aforementioned law, to withhold public disclosure of her address, her identifying details being held on file by the host. As sole creator, manager and content administrator, she alone has access to the Site's settings.

 

PURPOSE

 

The personal space provided by Wix to Sarah Al-Atassi is a professional showcase in portfolio form, not a for-profit platform. Its use is dedicated to the development of her film career (as an independent artist not affiliated with any company, whose duties as a "cinema industry technician" fall under the intermittent-work regime). Accordingly, the Site is intended primarily for audiovisual professionals and audiences, serving promotional and cultural purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content published on the Site is of varying nature and ownership; its protection regime is set out below. All such content is protected under the French Intellectual Property Code (Articles L.111‑1 et seq.).

Audiovisual works. Sarah Al‑Atassi is the author of the works presented in the dedicated sections of the Site (as listed in the menu), in her capacity as their screenwriter, director and editor. As such, she retains the moral right — inalienable and perpetual — in particular the right to respect for her name and her work (Article L.121‑1 of the same code). The economic rights of exploitation and distribution of these works, however — including theatrical, festival, television, digital and video‑on‑demand exploitation — belong to their respective producers and/or broadcasters.

Behind‑the‑scenes visuals. Certain images, in particular BTS photographs, remain the property of their respective authors — such as members of the film crews who took part in a professional capacity on set. Any such content is reproduced on the Site solely with their consent, together with the corresponding credit, shown in the caption ("alt" text).

Graphic and illustrative elements. The other elements making up the current configuration of the Site — posters, film stills, screen captures and excerpts, promotional visuals, graphic‑identity and layout elements — are protected for the benefit of their respective rights holders.

Any reproduction, representation, distribution, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of this content, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder(s) — author, producers, broadcasters and other rights holders depending on the content concerned. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement (contrefaçon) under Articles L.335‑2 et seq. of the same code.
