EXCALIBUR
HOBBIES
S1-Ep8

gasoline-breathing
family portrait

More than just a tradition, tractor-pulling is a lifelong hobby for the motor junkies featured in this slice-of-life documentary. Passed down from father to son, engine legacy's been deeply rooted in their family history across generations.
The Hue family have been practicing Tractor Pulling for three generations. Their device: a tractor inflated with hormones like a war machine whose toughness matches her name "Excalibur". The goal of these family competitors: to tow a trailer weighing several tons over more than 100 meters without breaking their precious engine.
The team thus travels through the regions of France, and sometimes well beyond territorial and continental borders, to carry out their passion for this atypical motorsport activity.
From Normandy to Brittany, this documentary will immerse you in the heart of a French brotherhood mutually united around the same hobby.
