Mainly known for her work as a screenwriter on American television series (The Leftovers, City On A Hill), Tamara P. Carter is a New York-born author-director. After releasing Hellbound in 2015 (a BBC produced documentary starring Slipknot), she launched into the making of a more personal film work: The Paris Project. Developed as a pilot episode, this drama tells the story of a Brooklyn-based artist who leaves his homeland and ties to start a new life in Paris.
